How it works:
Your content is created one month in advance, giving us time to photograph, edit, write captions, and schedule everything before it goes live. For example, if you book in July, your content will be planned and scheduled for August. If you have upcoming promotions, product launches, sales, or special events, we'll build your content calendar around those dates to make sure your content is ready when you need it. If needed, content can also be created on a shorter timeline with advance notice.
Before your content is scheduled, you'll receive everything for review. One round of minor revisions is included, so you can request small changes to captions or content before it's published.

Before any content is published, you'll receive everything for review. One round of minor revisions is included and must be requested within the agreed review period to keep your content schedule on track.
Comment and message monitoring is included to help keep your accounts active and engaged. I'll respond to general comments, frequently asked questions, and common inquiries using pre-approved responses that match your brand's voice. Messages or comments involving pricing, refunds, custom orders, customer concerns, or other business specific decisions will be forwarded to you for approval before a response is sent.
Basic website or Shopify updates are also included, such as updating product photos, creating promotional banners, refreshing homepage content, adding graphics for upcoming sales or events, and making small content updates as needed.
