How many pictures will we receive?
This depends on the length of shoot. For 30 mins or less expect 10-15, 30 minutes to 1 hour 15-25, anything more than an hour should expect 30+ photos.
What should I wear?
For family, group, or couple sessions I recommend neutral tones and comfortable textures, think beige, sage, cream, rust, denim and soft patterns. The goal is to keep the focus on you the subject, not your clothes. But this can vary shoot to shoot! If you are unsure you can reach out and I can can give you recs based on what were doing!
How long will it take to get my photos back?
Galleries are typically delivered within 2-3 weeks. I take my time editing each image so I can delivery quality photos. I will share some sneak peaks within a few days.
Are you available outside of Battleground, WA?
Yes! I love exploring new locations. Travel within 100 miles of Battleground, WA is included. If you're outside that area we can absolutely make it work. Travel fees depending on distance.
How do I book a session?
You can book directly through my contact page or message me on Instagram! Once we pick a date and location I'll send a short contract and deposit request to officially lock in your session.
Do you work with small businesses & makers?
Yes, I love collaborating with small shops, farms, and creatives to bring your brand to life. We'll plan your shoot around your product aesthetic.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a small non-refundable retainer is required to hold your date. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your session.
What if the weather is bad?
We can reschedule for rain, extreme wind, or unsafe conditions. Cloudy skies actually create beautiful lighting, so we usually proceed unless the weather is severe or you would like to re-schedule due to weather.
Do you edit the photos?
Yes all final images are hand edited in my natural style. I remove small blemishes but I keep the overall look natural and true to you.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
If you're sick or have an emergency I totally understand the need to reschedule and will work with you on that. Other than that may reschedule once at no charge if needed. Retainers are non-refundable, but can be transferred to a new date if rescheduled within a reasonable timeframe.
Can I bring props?
Absolutely! Blankets, hats, baskets, flowers, jackets, or items that feel like you are always welcome. For families, items like books, toys, or special keepsakes are great additions.
Can I bring a friend or helper?
Of course! A friend can help with outfit changes, kids, pets, or just moral support if you’re nervous.
